Payment and shipping

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Luxembourg, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, Latvia, Denmark, Lithuania, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, France, Italy, Germany, Monaco, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Malta.

Shipping costs

(including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs in Germany: 3,80€

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs abroad: 9,90€.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 – 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days in the case of payment on account.

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
