The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is available to Germany and the following countries: Luxembourg, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, Latvia, Denmark, Lithuania, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, France, Italy, Germany, Monaco, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Malta.

Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

Shipping within Germany: €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €100.
Shipping abroad: €10.99

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1–2 days, and international deliveries take 3–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options :

  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment by invoice
  • Payment via Sofort
For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:
  • Payment in advance by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment via Sofort

Further details regarding payment

The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

When paying by SEPA Direct Debit (Core or Business), you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit collection date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.
